I'm Luisiana, a passionate career and mindset coach who helps professionals build and grow fulfilling careers and live their best lives. I know firsthand how meaningful it is to love what you do. In addition to coaching, I have over a decade of experience in Recruitment. I have sharpened my ability to identify top talent and build high-performing teams. I have hands-on experience leading talent acquisition at rapidly scaling tech startups. During my agency recruiting experience, I collaborated with prominent companies, including Sephora, LVMH, Macy's, Under Armour, Amazon, and eBay, to source and recruit elite talent.

When I am not coaching, you can find me traveling the globe with my husband, entering the Disney World turnstile, or sharing laughs with family and friends. I also can’t forget keeping up with my two energetic cats, Arlo and Remy.
